If an item is shipped in error we will ship the correct item to you at no additional
charge. If an item is being exchanged for another size or a different item there
will be an additional shipping charge applied for reshipment. Please contact customer
service at (877)652-9003. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the
original ship date. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same product
only.
Shipping and handling fees incurred when returning defective merchandise will only
be refunded if standard shipping offered by the United States Postal Service is
used. WiltonDriveOnline.com will not accept returns on worn or used apparel items.
Apparel items returned must have the original labels and tags completely intact as
originally shipped. Due to the Florida health code, WiltonDriveOnline.com does not accept returns
or exchanges of undergarments, swimsuits, or sexual aids (supplements, adult items
or personal care items). WiltonDriveOnline.com honors exchanges for all other unworn
clothing unless otherwise stated in the product's description at the time of purchase.
Books, movies, and music will not be accepted for a refund unless they are manufacturer
sealed in their original packaging. If you return merchandise because you are not
satisfied with it, only the cost of the product will be refunded; shipping and handling
fees will not be refunded. Credits for accepted returns will be applied to the original
payment method only, and may take up to one to two full billing cycle to post. Please
contact customer service to discuss exchanges and returns.
