First the masseur was called out quickly on the fact that John Travolta was not even in Los Angeles or even in the state of California on the date that was in the lawsuit.  If one lying and money seeking dirt-bag was not enough now there are a couple others  to make other similar claims with questionable statements as well.

We reported this early on in one of our other “sister blog sites” but want to remind any of you we were simply reporting what was in the news and being circulated. By any means we are not in any way saying Travolta is guilty, as there have been several fans that have replied in defense and or stating their disgust with this lawsuit.

Yes it does at least for now appear to be a sad statement that if Travolta is innocent that some gold digging individuals would make false accusations like these. Either way we think it’s fair to wait and see what evolves in this case before making any judgements.

Speaking of cheap thrills, Spiderman was not without its highlights. The leads were amazing especially Reeve Carney (Spiderman) and Patrick Page (Green Goblin). As both Norman Osborn and the Green Goblin, Page simultaneously demanded attention and entertained with his deep raspy voice and over the top stage presence (if only his material would have been stronger).  The costume design was off the charts.  Colorful and super inventive, the Green Goblin and his gang of the “sinister six” are destined for plastic figures on the top of a birthday cake or hot air balloons in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Unfortunately, a Broadway show can’t rely on amazing costumes alone. Finally, the infusion of video really added some bounce and curl to the otherwise limb production. At one point the Green Goblin’s mouth was so big, I thought he might eat my head. This part was totally a highlight for me y’all.

Sadly, Spiderman: Turn of the Dark was the equivalent of a rerun of “Toddlers and Tiaras.” You know, the one that starred pageant superstar Eden Woods who wears pretty dresses and lip-syncs to Tammy Wynette.  In the words of my friend Eddie, “honey, I thought it reeked. I need a cocktail.” Simply put, save your money. See the movie instead.

As with other people who truly have thought they were born the wrong gender he will start living day to day as a woman and taking hormones. His name will go from Tom Gabel to Laura Grace Jane. With the support of his current wife Heather, the two will remain married and living together.

It is not easy for anyone let alone someone who is a major rock star. Before the Rolling Stone interview Gabel had told only a few people of his inner circle. He has admitted it will not be easy and that he expects embarrassing moments ahead.

 The new issue of Rolling Stone hits news stands this Friday (May 11th).

He stated that he’s “comfortable” with full marriage equality and supports equal rights for same sex couples- an unequivocal evolution for the Obama administration’s No. 2.

Biden declined to speculate on whether President Obama will formally support marriage equality in his second term should he be reelected. He did however state that there is no official policy change in the administration.being that he follows the President

From her classic personalities like “Ernestine” and to movies like “9 to 5″ and “All of Me” plus some of her original stand up and off the cuff humor she will not disappoint.

Lily Tomlin will be performing this Sunday, May 6th @ 7:30 pm at the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami.

This film not only convinced critics that Liza Minnelli was a true star in her own rite and not just riding on the wings of her successful mother. Minnelli who an Academy award for best actress for her amazing performance as Sally Bowles truly wowed skeptic critics when reviewed back in 1972.

With this years Stephen F. Kolzak Award going to Chaz Bono and presented by both Mary Bono and gay icon Cher (sporting a 1970′s Afro wig). Other award winners were The Hunger Games handsome Josh Hutcherson for his efforts in the “Straight but Not Narrow” campaign against bullying and homophobia.

Other moving moments came from Jennifer Tyrrell as her volunteer position as a “Den Mother” for her sons Boy Scouts for simply being a lesbian. The Boy Scouts statement was that they needed “Good role models with good morals in leadership positions”. Jennifer spoke and said she was very clear with her sexuality and was one of the hardest working volunteers back in her Ohio town and was widely accepted by her community before the leadership at Boy Scouts of America let her go.

Other stars in attendance were the cast of Hot in Cleveland, Modern Family, GCB,GLEE,  The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and Molly Shannon, Lady Bunny & Ellen DeGeneres.
